THE Zambia Institute of Estate Agents (ZIEA) plans to collaborate with Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) in the promotion and development of real estate investment in the country.
ZIEA chairperson Saul Kiwepindi said the institute has already written to the agency, adding that the legal department at ZDA is currently reviewing it.
